Title: Multiplatform Communications - A PureMVC Haxe / JavaScript / Flash Demo
Post by: puremvc on April 19, 2008, 10:33:27
This demo illustrates the use of Haxe to cross-compile an application for Flash 8, Flash 9 and JavaScript from the same source code, and then to communicate with each from external JavaScript code.

The demo has historically been located here: http://trac.puremvc.org/Demo_Haxe_JS_Flash_MultiplatformComm
The project has been moved here: https://github.com/PureMVC/puremvc-haxe-demo-js-flash-multiplatformcomm/wiki

The author is Marco Secchi.

Hi, I tried the demo on github and the Flash versions don't seem to be responding to the Send command.

Seems to work fine for me. I entered 50 and all the dark grey boxes jumped over to the right a bit when I clicked send. Perhaps try it on another computer? Maybe Flash isn't installed on the one you're using.
