I see the installation for flash cs3,but cs4 have different folders with cs3.

With Flash CS4 you can use SWCs, you don't need to have a folder structure with PureMVC sources as in Flash CS3. This option can be accessed in ActionScript Publish export panel. I don't have Flash CS4 here to better help you, but you will probably find more infos on Flash CS4 and SWC in the IDE help.
