I'd like to submit a first version of pureMVC in Perl : what is the procedure ?

Ordinarily, yes, you'd be the port owner and would answer questions in the forums and do bug fixes for it. Fortunately the featureset for the core framework is frozen, so you'll eventually reach a point of stability where there aren't any bugs left, but there'll always be questions.

That's not to say we won't gladly accept the donation of it and tend it if you don't have the time or inclination to be the active port owner. I coded perl for quite awhile and although it's back to looking like line noise to me these days, I'm sure I could get by with it. :)
